LaserGasPatroller LGP 800 — Efficient pipework inspection

Check pipe networks quickly and conveniently by vehicle

As a vehicle and laser-based detection solution, the LaserGasPatroller LGP 800 reliably detects gas leaks and gas indications on underground gas pipelines. Air samples are drawn in, analysed and documented as the vehicle travels along the pipeline route, enabling methane emissions to be detected quickly and efficiently. The SeCuRi® SAT software combines precise measured values with pipeline sections and documents them automatically. It then automatically generates the LDAR report you need to fulfil the requirements of the EU Methane Regulation. Thanks to its modular design and low energy requirements, the system can be integrated into a wide variety of vehicles and ensures maximum efficiency in pipework inspections.

Fast pipe network inspection with the LGP 800

  • No cross-sensitivity: only methane is detected
  • Links the measured emissions of the gas indication with the relevant pipe section
  • If you also use handheld devices to localise unreachable areas, this data is seamlessly integrated into the documentation via SeCuRi® SAT
  • Seamless, fully automatic recording of all relevant measurement data
  • Maximum data sovereignty - the data stays with you
  • Suitable for car washes and everyday use
  • Creates the LDAR report automatically
  • Simple export of reports and certificates
  • Can be installed in almost all vehicle types
  • Installation by our professional vehicle fitters or our certified contract partners
