Application of the Multitec® 520 - multi-gas detector for demanding environments

The Multitec® 520 is ideal for working in shafts, where the preventive measurement of hazardous gases is vital for survival. By measuring at the bottom of the shaft with the float probe, it is possible to determine whether it is safe to work in the shaft before entering. This means you are on the safe side every time you use the device. You can reliably measure methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide and ammonia with just one device and can react immediately if limit values are exceeded. The simple handling and flexible sensor configuration ensure that you can concentrate fully on your work.
