After a short presentation on our products and business areas, the young people went straight on a tour of discovery through the company. Things got particularly exciting on our test track: here, the young people were able to get active themselves, locate pipes, detect gas leaks and put their skills to the test with soldering exercises.
After the lunch break, the second practical part began: in our electronic production department, the students completed smaller production orders independently with a great deal of concentration and curiosity - and thus gained a real insight into the world of work.
The special thing about ESG Social Day is that the students donate the "wages" for their work to the school's support association or to ESG's partner school in Kenya. A great campaign that combines commitment, learning and community spirit!
Thank you very much for your visit - it was great to have you with us!
