IFAT Munich: Springboard to global markets

For five days at the beginning of May the <link http: www.ifat.de link de _blank external-link>Neue Messe in Munich was once again given over entirely to environmental technologies. And 2014 proved to be a record-breaking year: With more than 135,000 visitors, almost half of them from overseas, more people than ever were eager to discover the latest trends in technologies that address environmental and climate challenges.

This general trend was certainly mirrored at the SEWERIN exhibition stand in Hall A5. As sales manager Andreas Schweitzer confirms: "This was a very successful event for us. We had a brisk flow of trade visitors from home and abroad every single day. We were delighted by the huge amount of interest in SEWERIN products and services. IFAT is increasingly becoming a springboard to more global markets."

Among the products showcased on the SEWERIN stand were two new pipe location devices - the <link http: www.sewerin.com cms produkte einzelansicht ut-9000.html _blank external-link>UT 9000 and the <link http: www.sewerin.com cms de produkte einzelansicht ut-830.html _blank external-link>UT 830 - which visitors were keen to try out. The completely redesigned <link http: www.sewerin.com cms de produkte einzelansicht sepem-100-150.html _blank external-link>SePem® 100/150 are the latest in the line of loggers for stationary and mobile use in water pipe network monitoring. Used in conjunction with the SePem® 01 Master and the new evaluation software, the SePem® system is another effective tool for reducing water losses.

SEWERIN has already signed up for the next IFAT, to be held in Munich from <link http: www.ifat.de de startseite _blank external-link>30 May to 3 June 2016, where it will once again be introducing its latest technology innovations.
